Talent is everywhere. Access is not.
Through LeapUp, Angat Kabuhayan brings community-based digital skills training, AI-enabled job readiness, and career coaching directly to young Filipinos who are too often left out of the digital economy.
Through LeapUp, Angat Kabuhayan brings community-based digital skills training, AI-enabled job readiness, and career coaching directly to young Filipinos who are too often left out of the digital economy.
Across the Philippines, young Filipinos have the drive and the ability to build better lives. What's missing isn't talent — it's a starting point.
Digital skills are no longer optional for meaningful employment. Yet the people most capable of learning them are often the ones with the least access to training, mentorship, and a way in — while companies struggle to find entry-level talent who are actually work-ready.
Angat Kabuhayan works at that gap — converting untapped potential into workforce-ready talent.
Angat Kabuhayan is a Philippine Digital Livelihood Organization — SEC-registered and headquartered in Navotas — helping out-of-school youth, fresh graduates, and career shifters build real pathways into the digital economy.
We believe economic mobility starts with digital opportunity. Through our flagship program, LeapUp, we equip Filipinos with the practical digital skills, confidence, and industry connections needed to compete for real jobs — not just certificates. Our approach is built on a simple belief: confidence is the first step toward self-sufficiency, and self-sufficiency is what builds stronger communities.
We don't just train — we convert training into employment outcomes. To date, LeapUp graduates have achieved a 60% job placement rate, with more than 300 beneficiaries trained across 15 communities, from Pangasinan to Laguna.
Angat Kabuhayan works closely with employer and community partners to make sure our training reflects what the digital economy actually demands — and that every graduate has a real shot at a real job. We are not a charity handing out aid, nor a generic training center issuing certificates. We are a bridge between untapped talent and the digital opportunities that can change a life, a household, and eventually, a community.
LeapUp gained national visibility through Angat Kabuhayan’s appearance on ABS-CBN News Channel, strengthening public awareness of our youth employment advocacy.
LeapUp is being aligned with national digital inclusion and workforce readiness priorities, including DICT-related digital skills pathways.
Our work is measured not only by training completion, but by whether graduates move closer to actual employment and income.
We deliver face-to-face digital livelihood training directly in communities, reducing access barriers and improving completion rates.
Our programs focus on practical, employer-relevant skills — not theory — aligned with entry-level digital and BPO roles.
We provide coaching and preparation support designed to convert training into job placement and income opportunities.
Practical tools for online work: Google Workspace, social media, AI prompting, and digital productivity.
Resume building, mock interviews, client communication, and workplace confidence.
Post-training support that helps graduates move from certificates to actual work opportunities.
LeapUp curriculum already includes digital economy, online professionalism, Google Workspace, AI prompting, digital livelihood, VA fundamentals, interview prep, and capstone showcase, so this section fits the actual program direction.
We track our work through training completion, job placement, retention, and community reach — because impact should be visible, reportable, and useful to partners.
