Why LeapUp exists

Millions of Filipino youth are ready to work but locked out of the digital economy by one thing: access. Many have never used cloud tools, built an online presence, or been shown how AI fits into real work. LeapUp closes that gap directly, turning zero digital experience into practical, job-ready skills across social media, virtual assistance, e-commerce, and AI-assisted work, so graduates don't just use technology, they know how to direct it. This is the first step in our theory of change: digital opportunity leading to economic mobility, self-sufficiency, and stronger communities.
