Angat Kabuhayan was born out of necessity during one of the most challenging times in modern history—the height of the COVID-19 pandemic in 2020. As the world faced uncertainty and countless individuals lost their jobs, we saw an opportunity to help. With the BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) industry being one of the few sectors still actively hiring, we began offering Pre-Recruitment Call Center Training to friends who were struggling to find employment.

What started as small, private sessions among friends soon evolved. By the 2022 election season, we felt the call to take our mission public. We reached out to the community, calling for volunteers to help us expand our initiative. The response was overwhelming. Volunteer coaches stepped up, offering their time and expertise to conduct weekly classes, equipping participants with the skills needed to secure call center jobs.

In 2023, we took a bold step forward. For the first time, we transitioned from online to face-to-face classes, holding our inaugural in-person training session. It was a pivotal moment for us, as we realized the value of connecting with communities directly. Since then, Angat Kabuhayan has traveled far and wide, visiting areas from Pangasinan to Laguna, bringing hope and opportunity to those in need.

Our story is one of growth, collaboration, and unwavering dedication to uplifting lives. We believe that through proper training, mentorship, and a strong support system, anyone can succeed.
